"preved" is russian internet slang for "Privet" (which means "hello")
actually apparently there is a whole sublanguage developed from rusian LiveJournals. Usualy those are corrupted spellings of regular words, mostly used in cynical comments on other users work.
e.g:
commenting on any picture of any girl:
"Tema sisek neraskrita" = "Elaborate please on the topic of boobies"
"Afftar jjot nepodetski" = "The Author is hot"
